Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, including where supplier costs change.

Any promotional offers, discount codes, or free delivery promotions:

• Cannot usually be combined with other offers
• May be withdrawn at any time
• Are subject to availability and specific campaign conditions

Free UK delivery applies only where explicitly stated.

Delivery 

Delivery estimates are provided in working days and exclude weekends and UK public holidays. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Postal or courier services
• Severe weather
• Strikes or industrial action
• Events beyond our reasonable control

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for lost parcels resulting from incorrect addresses.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@artdubba.co.uk:

• Within 30 days for UK orders
• Within 45 days for international orders

We may be unable to investigate delivery issues reported outside these timeframes.

Order Cancellations

Personalised & Custom Products

Under UK consumer law, personalised or custom-made products are generally exempt from standard cancellation rights. Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed:

• Personalised orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started
• We cannot refund products where incorrect spelling or details were supplied by the customer
• Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted once production has begun

Non-Personalised Products

For non-personalised products, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK consumer law. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@artdubba.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Returned items must comply with our Returns Policy below.

Product Descriptions & Handmade Variations

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photographs, and pricing are accurate. As many Art Dubba products are handmade or handcrafted, please be aware that:

• Small variations in colour, finish, size, or design may occur
• Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings
• Product measurements are approximate
• Placement or appearance of personalisation may vary slightly

These variations are not considered faults.

Workshops & Events

Art Dubba offers workshops, printable activities, educational resources, and event bookings. The following terms apply to all workshop and event bookings:

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops where necessary
• If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative booking date
• Cancellations by the customer should be made as soon as possible by emailing info@artdubba.co.uk

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, product designs, activity sheets, photography, logos, branding, text, and graphics — is owned by Art Dubba. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

User Content & Personalisation Submissions

By submitting personalised text, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
